Spinach Dip
Everyone has a version of spinach dip. It is so easy to make and a crowd pleaser for sure. Spinach Dip goes well with veggies, bread or crackers. We recently made our version for a family barbecue for the first time in years. It was a hit!
This recipe is so simple and is ready in just a short time. It is not necessary to cook the spinach, but rather simply thaw it well. Then, squeeze out the excess water in a tea towel.
Start to mix in the ingredients in a medium size bowl. Other ideas to substitute are swap out the green onions for chopped red onion. Also, you can change out the bell pepper to green, yellow or orange.
Add the well drained spinach, the water chestnuts and mix into the rest of the ingredients well.
Add the package mix. We find that no other spices are needed as the Knorrs mix is so flavorful.
