This recipe is so simple and is ready in just a short time. It is not necessary to cook the spinach, but rather simply thaw it well. Then, squeeze out the excess water in a tea towel.

Start to mix in the ingredients in a medium size bowl. Other ideas to substitute are swap out the green onions for chopped red onion. Also, you can change out the bell pepper to green, yellow or orange.

Add the well drained spinach, the water chestnuts and mix into the rest of the ingredients well.

Add the package mix. We find that no other spices are needed as the Knorrs mix is so flavorful.

Ready in About 10 Minutes

This can be served right away, but it is even better when cooled in the fridge for about 30 minutes. This allows the flavors to blend well.

Place in a serving bowl and serve with colorful vegetables. We like Naan bread but French bread and crackers work well too. That is the beauty of this versatile dip.
