Hot Artichoke Dip
Sometimes, the simplest recipes are the best. This hot artichoke dip has been a go-to in our family for years, combining just three basic ingredients into a warm, creamy, and cheesy appetizer. Whether you’re hosting a party, need a quick snack, or want to impress guests with minimal effort, this recipe delivers every time. Plus, it’s so easy to make, you’ll be dipping into it before you know it!
Yep! That’s it, only 3 ingredients. And, because this dish is made with canned Parmesan, it’s pretty economical too.
Be sure to dice the artichoke hearts, especially the leaves, finely. On this day, we should have diced them more finely than seen below.
Add the artichoke to a bowl then mix in the Parmesan cheese. Stir well.
Add the mayonnaise next.
When it’s well mixed, it’s time to pour into the baking dish. We use a pie dish, but if you have a slightly smaller baking dish that works well too.
