Teriyaki Wing Appetizer
Hosting a party or gathering? Wow your guests with these easy-to-make Teriyaki Wings! Sweet, savory, and irresistibly good, these wings strike the perfect balance of flavor and fun. Whether you're planning a casual get-together, a game-day feast, or a festive celebration, this crowd-pleasing appetizer is guaranteed to be a favorite you’ll make over and over.
It’s as easy as mixing the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
After the sugar is in the bowl, add the soy sauce and whisk until incorporated.
Add the lemon juice next. You can adjust and add a bit more if desired.
Next add the minced garlic and ginger. The recipe calls for fresh ginger finely minced, however, for small amounts such as this, we use minced ginger from a jar. It works just as well!
Lay the wings in a single layer in a glass baking dish. On this day, we used only about 24 wings. There will be enough sauce for about 35-40 wings, which you’ll need two pans for.
